Fish Policy

We will do our best to ensure that you are happy and have plenty of fish to take with you to enjoy.   We will filet and bag your catch once back at the dock.  We prefer to not cut fish over 100lbs the same day, but will gladly do so if it is the only fish caught.

In the event that we catch a large amount of fish, this becomes a fish problem that most visitors to the island cannot handle, and we do not want the fish to go to waste.   

We will ask you on the way out what you would like to do in the event we encounter a large marlin.  Marlin are excellent eating and we usually take those, particularly the Striped Marlin, under 150lbs.   We prefer to take photos of and tag the larger blue marlin without bringing them on board.  These are the breeding stock of these coveted gamefish.  However, if you would like to have your photo taken next to a monster hanging at the dock, no problem.
